Interviews were recorded by members of the LSE COVID-19 oral history project team and transferred to the Library during the project in 2022.

Description

The COVID-19 oral history interviews were recorded between May and December 2022, as part of the LSE COVID-19 archive project led by the Library. The interviews document the experiences of members of the LSE community, who were invited to share their memories of studying, working and socialising during the pandemic and to reflect on the impact which it has had on their lives.

The interviews are arranged in chronological order by date of recording.

Access information

This collection is currently closed under a five year embargo and not available for research. The majority of the interviews will be open from 1 January 2028, however a number will remain closed for general consultation under data protection or in accordance with the interviewee's wishes. Please contact LSE Library for more information.

Copyright and licencing

As at August 2023, all material is in copyright. With the exception of one interviewee, all participants in the project have assigned their copyright in the recording to the LSE Library but retain their moral right to be identified as the 'performer' in accordance with the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.
